Right now there’s 0% VAT on a qualifying fixed air conditioning system that also provides heating in your home. This temporary rate runs until 31 March 2027, then moves to 5% from 1 April 2027.
Most homeowners pay the advertised price. It can be more if you need multiple units, if the indoor unit is over 6 metres from the outdoor unit, if the outdoor unit goes on a first or second floor, or if you need electrical upgrades. A free survey gives you an exact quote.
Yes. Every unit we fit heats as well as cools, so it’s a year-round investment and often a very efficient way to heat a single room.
Yes. Our air con engineers are F-Gas certified under the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations, as well as Gas Safe registered.
Yes. An air conditioning service is £120, or £216 with a boiler service. You can also protect a unit with Homecare for £9 a month.
