Limescale tip
Hard water? Go gentle.
Limescale is the chalky deposit left by hard water, and it builds up around spouts and bases. White vinegar and water can shift light build-up, but don’t scrape it off or use harsh descalers, as they can damage the finish.
If it’s stubborn or the tap’s seen better days, we’ll replace it for you.

Why has my tap spout gone wobbly?
Usually a loose locking collar or worn O-rings. Tall spouts can also feel less stable. It’s an easy fix.
What’s the difference between single and dual flow taps?
Single-flow taps mix hot and cold in the body for an even temperature. Dual-flow taps keep hot and cold separate until they leave the spout.
Why use an engineer to replace taps?
